About this house rental
One word. Pool. (and Spa). The pool, Spa and outdoor premises have been completely reimagined! Think Pebble Tek Glass surface in Pool/Spa. Add a swim shelf for Lounging and in Pool fountains/Pool edge water falls, sexy night lighting and you have a most luxurious Pool/Spa experience!

The space
This home is one of 27 homes designed by Donald Wexler, architect and built by Alexander Homes in the Green Fairway Estates neigborhood of Palm Springs. It is located on the 7th Green of the Tauhquitz Golf Club. Some new design elements have been added such as the Redwood entry fencing.
Home has been updated with Stone kitchen counter tops, new master bath with a shower opening to a private courtyard and a 75” Sony television's with a Sonos Theater audio system if you are so inclined. Everything in the way of a fully stocked kitchen is provided for an extended stay. Casita has its own kitchenette for that added bit of Privacy.
