Relax in style and luxury in this modern 3BD, 2.5BA condo with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and an inviting living room. Enjoy the private patio with an incredible view of the desert. Imagine sitting out there in the evenings or mornings with a cup of coffee, taking in all the beauty and calmness the desert has to offer. It is absolutely perfect for winding down after a long day.

-Strict sound ordinance
-In person walkthrough required per City of Palm Springs
-25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets without approval and pet fee of $25 per pet per day
-Mailbox access is not permitted. Please use the nearest post office.
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External guest rental agreement to be signed electronically
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
-Gated community
-Motion sensor surveillance camera facing main exterior entry through sliding door on patio
Guest Access:
Once on Lawrence Crossley Rd, enter Montecinto Dr, right on Arrayo Rd, first right, then left in parking structure, Unit #7 is located on the right side. Parking spaces that are not numbered your welcome to use!
Other Things to Note:
Two community pools provided. One community pool does not have spa. Tennis and pickle ball courts available.

Had a lovely stay in PS! Convenient location, nice complex. Loved the proximity to the pool, the downstairs bath, and the comfy beds. Didn’t love the very steep stairs or the (occasional) sounds of overhead aircraft. Property manager was very helpful and quick. Appreciated the coffee. More than we would typically pay but had few choices on a busy weekend (we didn’t realize it was Stagecoach weekend). Wish we could afford to visit again!
