This charming holiday home in Putbus offers 128 m² of living space for up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. The bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen provides a microwave, filter coffee maker, and espresso machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences, TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, fan, heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor, a tiled stove in the hallway, and a separate workspace. Families will find 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, toys, children’s books, and access to a shared playground.
In the large natural garden next to the biosphere reserve, enjoy a small stream and a climbing frame. Two private, uncovered terraces with quality garden furniture are available, one with its own barbecue.
The property offers on-site parking, a bicycle storage room, and a mobile charging station for electric cars. Events are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited indoors. Beach towels are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that video surveillance is present in non-private areas such as the garage and entrance.
