About this house rental

Exclusive house directly by the water in the resort Lauterbach on Ruegen Bodden. The house with 211 m² of living space and 4 bedrooms is an ideal place to unwind. recharge and power, but also alsTreffpunkt for families and friends with well equipped kitchen and diverse discussion and retreat zones. It enjoys a quiet location on a 1500 m² plot with private water access. From the house, the terrace and the plot you have a fantastic panoramic view across the sea, to the island of Vilm and the neighboring harbor in Lauterbach. The house was completely renovated in 2013.
Environment: The cultural capital of Rügen, Putbus, with the palace gardens and shopping is only 3 km. The Binz can be reached in about 15 km.
The location is a good starting point for cycling. Lauterbach harbor 200 m

Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, in dem ich Urlaub gemacht habe! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Blick aus der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer ist schwer zu schlagen. Ich könnte keinen Punkt nennen, den ich mir anders gewünscht hätte… wir kommen gern wieder

Das Haus ist groß, Schlafbereiche überwiegend ungünstig ausgestattet. Haus ist teuer ausgestattet aber mittelprächtig gepflegt. Seezugang nur für gestandene Leute. Der Ort an sich bietet nichts.
