Exclusive house directly by the water in the resort Lauterbach on Ruegen Bodden. The house with 211 m² of living space and 4 bedrooms is an ideal place to unwind. recharge and power, but also alsTreffpunkt for families and friends with well equipped kitchen and diverse discussion and retreat zones. It enjoys a quiet location on a 1500 m² plot with private water access. From the house, the terrace and the plot you have a fantastic panoramic view across the sea, to the island of Vilm and the neighboring harbor in Lauterbach. The house was completely renovated in 2013.
Environment: The cultural capital of Rügen, Putbus, with the palace gardens and shopping is only 3 km. The Binz can be reached in about 15 km.

We are not familiar with Ruegen - so it was fun to discover the island but the best part of the holiday was the Bauhaus house.
There were 7 in our party and the living space was perfect with a large living/dining/kitchen area downstairs, a large living area upstairs and a large outside seating area - all with fabulous views of the Baltic and the mysterious island of Vilm. The garden leads down to the sea and there is a rowing boat provided so you can row out and swim.
The locals are incredibly friendly and helpful (particularly Steffi who manages the property) - and very tolerant our our inability to communicate effectively in German - despite our best efforts! The property was so well equipped we were able to eat in most evenings using local produce and lots of local beer (think Come Dine With Me) - but the restaurants we tried were also all good and reasonably priced. (We discovered that Englisch steak is (somewhat counterintuitively) rare.)
Must visit: Binz beach and Prora.
