About this apartment rental
A mix of modern technology, historic architecture, unnecessary gadgets, and furnishings that the next generation will have to haul off to the junk yard is designed to make any rainy days something you’ll secretly look forward to.
And yes, it’s true—we want to make money, but only with your smile.
In a place so far removed from the crowds that flu viruses are threatened with extinction here and the greatest danger comes from my neighbor’s crazy rooster, we’re offering you our home and appreciate your respectful treatment of our property, people, and animals.
You’ll love Buschvitz, right in the middle of the island of Rügen, where you can reach any beach even on a half-empty tank—and the direction you’re heading doesn’t really matter.
Winter garden: a 30 m² half-timbered glass terrarium, so you can endure nature’s whims even as a smoker. Moderate evening celebrations are expressly encouraged, in harmony with the indigenous people.
Patio: 50 m² with a large family table and a gas-powered grill.
With the designer hot tub, you’ll love the cold months.
Kitchen:
I hope we’ve thought of everything. If, against all odds, an amateur gourmet chef happens to find something missing, I’ll buy you a beer for letting us know.
Tip: The picture on the wall is actually a TV, and the display cabinet in the corner chills drinks. Drinks only!
Living Room:
The couch is custom-made by a local upholsterer who’s going to strangle me for a red wine stain.
A 75-inch TV to top off the megalomania.
The piano is in good condition and fully functional, even if it doesn’t sound as good to you as it does when Yiruma plays it.
The bedrooms all have beds where you can lie down across the width, plus Smart TVs with the obligatory Netflix and Amazon devices.
Upstairs bathroom:
Half of you will fit in the sauna, and the other half will fit comfortably in the shower. Needless to say, a Smart TV has been mounted on the wall here as well.
Attic:
Intended as a playroom for the little ones, but often misused as a hideout for gaming-addicted dads, thanks to the 75-inch Smart TV and Xbox.
Downstairs bathroom:
Shower with Raindancer, toilet, sink, and washing machine.
Anyone looking for a TV in here is even crazier than I am.
