NEW IN 2025 - Come and spend beautiful moments in this large new house in a quiet area 10 minutes from the beach of Houlgate and shops (by car)!
This house built in 2025 and has all the assets for a perfect stay with family or friends.
Strengths: linen and cleaning are included, fully equipped kitchen and garden, several work spaces, welcome and departure at your own pace, absolute calm of the bocage and bucolic landscape to rest and enjoy!
A beautiful and large new house (built in 2025) of 130 square meters on two levels is built awaits you for great moments with family and friends:
🛏 A beautiful and very cozy sleeping area: 1 large bedroom on the first floor with a 160 cm bed giving access to an "en suite" bathroom and a children's bedroom / office with a single bed. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (160) opening onto a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds to guarantee optimal sleep, in absolute calm.
🏖️ Is the beach far away? Houlgate is 12 minutes away by car, and Cabourg is 15 minutes away.
🛒 What do we eat? A vast subject... but the answer will probably be found at the market of Dozulé, Houlgate or Cabourg or simply in the commercial area of Dozulé 10 minutes away (Super U supermarket, baker, butcher...).
🎉 We have fun, even in the rain: books and board games to entertain young and old (in case the weather is not always very good in Normandy... 😅 ).
🖥️You can even work: the house has three workspaces, wifi and screens are even available on request. But you also have the right to cut...
🍽️ Everything you need to enjoy: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, steamer, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, and children's crockery (bib, crockery and silicone cutlery...).
🌱🌿 🫧🍃 Get out (the) cutlery: a beautiful sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture and a dining area as comfortable as it is beautiful to allow you to enjoy a BBQ or a drink with family or friends. A garden with apple trees and green grass complete the place, in a calm and soothing setting at the end of a private driveway.
👶 Travel light with your children: no need to overload yourself, we have 2 travel cots (with thick mattresses, house sheets and mattress pads), 2 high chairs and a baby bath on site. So that the little ones are as good as the adults!
🐾 Your pets are welcome, don't hesitate to talk to us about them when booking!
🚗Parking: two parking spaces are right in front of the house, no need to look for a place to park! Your vehicles will be safe with us.
🔑 Come as you are: arrival and departure are as simple and fast as possible. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival and exit, even if it is + earlier or + later than our usual hours.
💰 We have everything included: cleaning, household linen, towels... everything is included in our prices, no unpleasant surprises or supplements! Coffee, tea and other kitchen essentials are also at your disposal to facilitate your stay.
🚗: the house is located a few kilometres from the A13 motorway, at the Villers-sur-Mer exit.
🗝️: arrival at the house is autonomous, to allow you to arrive and leave serenely. Extended hours are often possible, don't hesitate to ask us!
📲: we are at your disposal by message, emails, what's'app, SMS and phone before and throughout your stay with us. Do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have or ask for recommendations if necessary.
