About this house rental

Our 160m² house is located 400 meters from the beach at Hôme Varaville, a stone's throw from Cabourg. It has a 1300m² garden with a vegetable garden.
You will appreciate the calm, the terrace, the proximity of shops (bakery 100m away) as well as the indoor spaces.

The house has a shower room adjoining bedroom 1, a large independent bathroom and two separate toilets (one on the first floor and one upstairs). A beach shower in the garage completes the sanitary equipment.
Please note that bedroom 1 is equipped with double bunk beds, there is only one passenger in the upper bed and 2 in the lower one.

Presence of pets on site. You will be able to feed these animals if you want only (someone will come by to do it otherwise) - A very sociable cat (Ficelle) who lives outside and sleeps in the garage (cat flap). Three hens that are in a chicken coop in the garden (automatic opening/closing of the chicken coop) you can enjoy the eggs, and two axolotls in an aquarium in the garage (to be fed once a week).
