🏡CALM AND COMFORT: Redone in 2025 (furniture, equipment and decoration) for more comfort for groups and families, this 5-bedroom house is in a quiet area of Touques, close to the shops, beaches and tourist activities of Trouville and Deauville. The house is 130 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people and is fully equipped for families
GREAT 📍LOCATION: The house is located in Touques, on the border with Trouville-sur-Mer and Deauville. A large shopping area is 2 minutes away by car (Carrefour, Leclerc, Picard) and less than 5 minutes from the main city centres (Touques, Trouville and Deauville) with a multitude of restaurants and tourist and cultural activities.

🛏 VERY COSY SLEEPING AREA:
- On the first floor: 1 double bedroom on the first floor with a 140 cm bed giving access to the living room and the garden. "en suite"
- Upstairs: there are 4 beautiful bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single bunk beds. The first floor has 2 bathrooms (a large bathroom with a walk-in shower) and 1 other bathroom with bathtub overlooking the master suite.
- The house is in a very quiet residential area, to guarantee a restful sleep for all!
🏖️ IS THE BEACH FAR AWAY? the beaches of Trouville and Deauville are 5 minutes away by car.
🛒WHAT DO WE EAT? Vast subject... but the answer will probably be found at the Deauville market (every day except Wednesday), the Touques market (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) or simply in the Touques shopping area 2 minutes away by car (Carrefour, Picard, Leclerc...).
🎉 WE HAVE FUN, EVEN IN THE RAIN: books and board games to entertain young and old (in case the weather is not always very good in Normandy... 😅 ).
🖥️WE CAN EVEN WORK: the house is connected to fiber and screens are even available on request. But we also have the right to cut...
🍽️ EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ENJOY: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, steamer, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, and children's crockery (bib, crockery and silicone cutlery...).
🌱🌿 🫧🍃 TAKE OUT (THE) CUTLERY: a beautiful sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture and a dining area as comfortable as they are beautiful to allow you to enjoy a BBQ or a drink with family or friends.
👶 KIDS FRIENDLY: no need to overload yourself, we have 2 travel cots (with thick mattresses, bed sheets and mattress pads), 2 high chairs and 1 baby bath on site. So that the little ones are as good as the adults!
🐾 PET FRIENDLY: Your pets are welcome, don't hesitate to talk to us at the time of booking!
🚗 PARKING: you can park directly in front of the house which is in a very quiet street, no need to look for a place to park!
🔑 COME AS YOU ARE: ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ARE AS SIMPLE AND QUICK AS POSSIBLE, OUR HEAD OF HOUSE WILL WELCOME YOU TO GIVE YOU THE KEYS AND EXPLAIN HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival and exit, even if it is + earlier or + later than our usual hours.
💰 ALL INCLUSIVE: cleaning, linen, towels... everything is included in our prices, no unpleasant surprises or supplements! Coffee, tea and other kitchen essentials are also available to make your stay easier.

🗝️ HEAD OF HOUSE: you will be greeted by our Head of House, to make it easier for you to enjoy your stay at home. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm, check-out is at 11am.
