Nous étions 4 couples et 8 enfants de 4 à 12 ans. Maison très fonctionnelle. Le soleil était au RV. Nous avons pu profiter de la très lumineuse pièce de vie et de la terrasse. À 10-12’ de Cabourg en voiture. Prioritaires très agréables, disponibles et arrangeants.

En effet soucis avec les évacuations des salles d eaux manques d eau chaude et avons eu froid pendant les repas ! Beaucoup de toile de araignée dans la maison et les salle d eaux sont vétustes je trouve mon séjour cher pour autant de reproches Dommage

Le gîte est très bien situé, spacieux, propre et bien agencé. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis. Comble du luxe, le soleil était aussi de la partie avec des températures plus que clémentes. Bref une adresse à garder

Le matériel est un peu vétuste et demande quelques changements, le percolateur est petit pour le nombre de logeurs, ainsi que les parasols par rapport à la surface de la terrasse, dommage que le système d'ombrage soit en panne. Mis à part ca location que je recommande et où je retournerai si l'occasion nous en ait donnée, lieu très reposant et au calme, maison et terrain très spacieux !

La maison est très jolie et bien entretenue, elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un séjour à 15 adultes sans nous marcher dessus et en pouvant organiser de vrais repas sans soucis. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs et sympathiques. Seul bémol, la mer est plutôt à 10 min en voiture, mais ça reste tout à fait agréable, car les environs sont magnifiques.

Objekt liegt in guter Lage, schnelle Wege nach Caen und Cabourg, sowie zum Strand. Positiv war, dass alles funktioniert hat, Kühlschrank usw, den Grill draußen konnten wir benutzen, Besteck und Pfannen sowie Töpfe waren ausreichend da. Schön eingerichtet, Garten war gemäht und garten Möbel waren zu genüge vorhanden Negativ: Unglücklicherweise hatte wir Ameisen auf einer Seite des Hauses, den Ursprungsort konnten wir nicht lokalisieren, da aber leider auch 2 Zimmer befallen waren, war das sehr ungünstig. Desweiteren gab es in einem Zimmer Feuchtigkeit, sowie eine nasse Fußleiste, störte uns soweit nicht, sollte man aber trotzdem beheben.

Maison spacieuse pour groupe d'amis ou famille. Endroit calme et reposant. nous étions un groupe de motards en couple. Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas ranger nos motos dans le sous-sol. Petit bénol : pression d'eau dans les douches à revoir. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Même si on ne s'en est pas servi, le barbecue est un peu petit si la location est complète.
