Set in the heart of Cromer, just 150 metres from the beach and traditional pier, this beautifully presented property offers easy access to the town’s attractions and amenities. With use of an outdoor courtyard and barbeque plus a dedicated parking space, it makes a wonderful base for exploring the North Norfolk coast.

The open-plan lounge and dining room features a bold colour scheme against neutral walls and a polished wooden floor. The contemporary galley-style kitchen is kitted out well for preparing meals at home, and the dining table is ideal for romantic meals for two. Then snuggle up on the sofa to chat over a glass of wine or take advantage of the entertainment, including a Smart TV, DVD and Blu-ray. Cromer is a quintessential seaside town with a pier, a theatre, superb restaurants and fish and chip shops, and a multitude of attractions to entertain all ages. Strike out in either direction to walk part of the Norfolk Coastal Path. One of the most popular walks is to neighbouring Sheringham (4.5 miles), where you can take a ride on the Poppy Line, a heritage steam railway to Holt, or explore Sheringham Park. Nature lovers can head west to Cley Marshes bird reserve (11 miles) and the seal colony at Blakeney Point (16 miles), while the Felbrigg Hall National Trust property is just 3 miles inland.
