Wasn’t sure what we were going to find behind the door , however a lovely spacious modern place with everything you nee

Excellent location,spacious, modern and everything you need. Lovely welcome pack with bread,milk, cereals and biscuits. Dishwasher,washing machine and everything you need in the lovely entertaining kitchen. Very comfy beds and very clean throughout

If being really picky an air fryer would be handy instead of using the oven and a slightly bigger TV in the lounge

Everything was catered for, even down to the beautiful Christmas decorations!

The apartment was very cosy. At the end of each day I would come back to lovely warm cosy rooms! as the heating was timed to come on. The central location of the apartment meant that everything was within easy reach, whether it was the beach, an eatery, train or bus stations or the Amazona zoo! The kitchen was also very well equipped, so one had the flexibility of either staying in and cooking or eating out! I was not expecting breakfast, but the host kindly and generously left bread and milk and cereal.

A comfortable modern apartment in a traditional seaside town .

This property was spacious and well equipped,comfortable and warm. The furnishings seemed almost new. The location was excellent,close to restaurants, takeaways shops and entertainment. The beachfront and pier were also close by. Outdoor seating area was a bonus. The provision of breakfast items was a generous extra.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and want to visit again.

The flat was very spacious and airy. It was also very thoughtfully and stylishly decorated and furnished with a real feel of luxury. It is also very close to the sea and in the heart of Cromer. It was tucked away too, so felt very private. I also appreciated the communication with James who was very helpful.

We enjoyed every aspect of the property. We had a slight concern initially about the noise from the arcade beneath the flat, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Lovely apartment with great facilities. Everything you could want for a short break.

Superb location right near the sea and handy for everything. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Linen and beds all super clean and fresh. Modern kitchen.

A bit awkward that you can’t get to the door in the car and have to find parking nearby. Steep steps to the apartment. (Once inside, all on the level and very comfy.)

Central location, spacious apartment. Clean and presented beautifully. Easy access on arrival.

Nothing really other than stairs may be an issue for anyone with poor mobility but that’s clear in the info. Obviously parking in that area can be difficult but you can pull up outside to off load etc.

Lovely comfortable flat in a great location.

The location was excellent. The flat is very well maintained. Everything was clean, and it all looked new! The host was very approachable and helpful.We had a very comfortable stay.

Comfortable and luxurious visit in an excellent location

The furnishings were luxurious and the beds were so comfortable, everything was incredibly clean and modern. Wonderful kitchen, shower and the location was absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing, definitely be back!

Perfect location, great communication from hosts regarding check in and also allowed us to check in earlier. Very spacious rooms, all you could need for your stay. Beautiful private outdoor dining area which is a great sun trap! Bath was to die for and definitely needed after our hike. All your kitchen amenities and more, extras put in such as bread, milk, cereals jams etc. Great touches!

The only thing that was slightly annoying was the signal for the TV in the living room wasn't great. However not a major issue when your mainly there to sightsee etc!

Fantastic apartment in prime location. We would absolutely stay here again

Unfortunately the building opposite had scaffolding up which meant we couldn’t really see the sea (which obviously could not be helped. Clutching at straws to think of anything we didn’t love about the place!!) however I imagine the views from the living room would be beautiful at any other time.
