About this apartment rental

Set over the second and third floor of the popular beachfront apartment block St Nicholas Court, this open plan apartment boasts two balconies ensuring sensational views from sunrise to sunset.


The open plan kitchen/living/dining area has access to one of the two private balconies and views across the bay. The kitchen area is complete with an electric oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The living area has a small double sofa bed, TV, DVD player and hifi. Off the living area is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. An open tread staircase (may not suitable for young children) leads into the bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, TV, wash basin and en-suite WC. The bedroom also benefits from patio doors giving access to the second balcony overlooking the pretty central courtyard complete with table and chairs. Laundry room on site.


Pets Welcome: 1 dog is welcome charged at £25 per week.

Outside and Parking: Two balconies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 41 (approx. 15ft L x 6ft 6in W).

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Convector heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. There is a laundry room available on site. (additional charge for guests). WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 41 (approx. 15ft L x 6ft 6in W). Arrival time at St Nicholas Court is before 10pm as the communal gates to access the key safe are locked at this time.
