About this apartment rental

Believed to have once been a net loft, Mariner’s Belle is a charming ground floor apartment situated in the heart of popular Downalong, St Ives. Ideal for families with a large open plan living area and three bedrooms, Mariner’s Belle has off-site parking for one car and is situated perfectly for the beaches of Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, The Tate and Harbour.

Enter into the stylish open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
The spacious wooden banquet style dining table comfortable seats six guests, ideal for entertaining.

Relax after a long day at the beach on the sumptuous teal corner sofa. The living space is also fitted with flat screen LCD TV and DVD player.

The master bedroom is fitted with a beautiful dusky pink velvet double bed and ample storage. There is also a door leading out onto St Eia Street. The second bedroom is also fitted with a double bed and ample storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and is perfect for children.​

The stunning recently refurbished bathroom with gold feature walls offers a walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. (Photographs pending).
