About this house rental
Settle into a private suite on a quiet residential street in Broadmead, Victoria. This is a secondary suite but has its own entrance, so you have privacy while staying with us. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other with a king size bed, 2 private bathrooms, kitchenette with essential dishes, glassware, and cookware, Wi-Fi, street parking, a small washer/dryer combo. 6 guests maximum (ideally 4 adults and 2 kids) with a sofa bed in the dinning/living room area, and the suite is on the main level.
Broadmead Village and Royal Oak Shopping Centre are both a few minutes drive away. There are also several parks and trails nearby if you enjoy the outdoors. We are located close to Highway 17, which can take you towards Downtown Victoria or the airport and ferry terminals.
This is a quiet, residential stay — good for couples, small families, or anyone who wants parks and trails without being far from the city.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in this two-bedroom, two-bath suite! The location was ideal—close enough to town for easy sightseeing, but the drive felt peaceful, even during rush hour.The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning homes and lush gardens, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. We usually rent single-family homes when we travel, but this suite worked perfectly for our family and our dog. The hosts were friendly, respectful of our privacy, and very quiet.One of the highlights was the incredible garden. It was bursting with roses and felt so private and secluded that it was easy to forget you were in a residential neighborhood. The showers were fantastic, and the layout of the suite was perfect—either for two couples or for families traveling with a teen, as we were.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful home base while exploring Victoria and the surrounding area!

Kitchen supplies were somewhat lacking. e.g. 2 coffee mugs and 6 giant tea? cups. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it might be a challenge for larger meals. We are seasoned travelers and the unit met our needs fine. Some people may not be happy with minor details.

We had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath suite. The space was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms made a big difference, giving us both plenty of room and privacy.The kitchen was well-equipped but could have used a couple more sharp knives. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay.The location was fantastic—close to shops, a variety of restaurants, and was very quiet. The host was responsive, welcoming, and provided clear instructions, which made check-in and the entire stay seamless.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria!

Very welcoming place to stay..The host was very kind and went beyond to make our stay wonderful..The location is amazing, so close to everything we needed. I must mention the heated floors in the bathrooms, such a lovely unexpected treat...So quiet and relaxing ...Had a wonderful stay...Parking was right beside the property,
