This gorgeous updated 3-bedroom upper suite in a house on Parkcrest Dr is right by the forest and Craigflower Creek, which runs right through the backyard!
The space features a spacious comfy living room with 4 lounge seats & a Roku TV with cable, a dining area with 8 seats, and an uncovered deck / balcony with BBQ & seating overlooking a beautiful spacious backyard. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Please contact us with any questions.
All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!

The house is located on Parkcrest Drive in the View Royal area. It's a beautiful suburban area with Craigflower Creek running right through the backyard!
- Victoria General Hospital is a 5 minute drive away.
- The E&N Rail Trail, a multi-use pedestrian / bike path, is less than a 10 minute walk away. It runs downtown in one direction, and merges with the Galloping Goose Trail & Lochside Trail that runs all the way up to Sidney, and it also merges with the Galloping Goose Trail that goes out to Langford, Metchosin, Sooke, and beyond! It's a great trail for biking adventures & day trips.
- View Royal Park (with a playground) is less than a 15 minute walk away.
- Four Mile House Restaurant is less than a 5 minute drive away.
- Highland Pacific Golf Course is less than a 5 minute drive away.
- Stewart Beach and Thetis Cove are both less than a 10 minute drive away with beautiful waterfront scenery.

Excellent location especially ifv travelling with dogs. Easy walking distance to great off leash dog park and excellent kids playground. Easy access to downtown and the island highway.

Convenient location for a family Christmas. Neighbors were most helpful. Now just cut the rain when we are on the island and it becomes a 10+ vacation.
