    My second time staying here. There are two lifts so you never wait long. The lobby has tables you can meet with your friends. There’s free coffee and tea and the biscuits are delicious. The onsen may be small but it’s clean. The laundromat is very powerful and you can wash and dry at one go. No need to take out from washer and put into dryer. The room size is good too. I’m going to stay here the next time I go Tokyo!

    It's location is strategy and near to Ameyoko Market. You can easily find any food nearby. In term of the room relatively small and not par with the value paid for the hotel stay. It is an old hotel and facility limited. Good things is free drink provided at lobby. Inside room limited facility. You can't even find a proper kettle in the room.

    Marutani is very worth for money. The location was extreamly great just short walk from Okachimachi sta. Room was ok for 3 people but the electrical outlet was the most problem.

    i arrived at may 31st at night. and when i arrived i already order some online stuff from amazon. they have prepared it under my name. the online order was arrived earlier than me, and they handled them when i check in. none of any info received about receiving packages. suddenly on june 5th i was told that every package arrived, they will charge 1000 yen per package. this is so furiating. i chose this hotel because of the location. and they have reception. the reception is old, wearing glasses and he said hotel is for accomodation, not pick up packages.. (i mean whattt???) you have 3 person in charge per shift, in the reception. you dont even help for any of our luggages, you just sit there literally only to receive keys (keys are old system not card so when you left room you have to keep it at reception) and giving keys, thats all you do. having big space of reception but you charge us 1000 yen per packages in the middle of our stay. is some of you have stay in other hotel lately, all the baby boomers reception who work there, who is not knowing about any of new system in hospitality. APA has smaller reception, smaller room but they accept my packages with no exception. and actually this is my second stay, and i will not stay in this hotel anymore. they are rude.
