I had a wonderful stay here. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and nearby shopping, making everything very convenient.
The facilities are excellent, including reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, a cozy lounge for relaxing or dining, secure lockers, and direct access to a 7/11 and laundry services. There are plenty of toilets for capsule guests, as well as a clean and well-equipped wash area for getting ready. The public bath and sauna facilities were a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Cleanliness is outstanding—the capsule beds and comforters are fresh and changed daily, which made the stay very comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

+: location was good, near Ueno station. Curry and rice available all day at the comic books cafe. You get a free drink coupon like coke/ vending machine latte for each day of stay
-: the whole place was a little dim and very busy. Waiting to check in can be long. I guess they serve business travelers looking to freshen up too and comic book fans.
Waiting to check in and check out can be quite long. As in Japan, you can’t wear your shoes in but no slippers seemed to be provided? Not sure if you are supposed to walk barefoot on their carpets.
As there were many beds (maybe 20 in one room) and only 2 showers, showers can be an issue. There were many sinks though.
You cannot leave your luggage after checkout!
My unopened food was thrown away by the staff. Left there in the morning and gone when I was back. I was trying to keep the beds and locker area clean by leaving my food on the empty shelf where the hot water dispenser but it was presumably just thrown away when it is unopened, just in a few hours.
When I asked the staff, I had to use Google Translate though she was quite friendly and told me if she finds it, she will let me know.
Overall, I will choose other places next time in Tokyo.
