    Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Ueno's shopping streets, making it easy to explore the area, find restaurants, and do some shopping. The hotel also provides a coin laundry, microwave, and water dispenser down the hall, which was very convenient. Although check-in was at 3:00 PM, we arrived at around 10:00 AM. The staff kindly offered to store our luggage while we explored the city, and when we returned to check in, our suitcases had already been placed in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The only downsides were that the room was a little cramped, with enough space to fully open only one suitcase at a time, and the TV required payment to watch most channels. However, this wasn't a big issue for us since we didn't switch on the TV at all during our stay. We were initially assigned a room on the 2nd floor, where we could clearly hear the noise from the busy street. After we requested a quieter room, the staff were very accommodating and moved us to the 12th floor. The difference was huge, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep for the rest of our stay. Overall, the excellent service and cleanliness made this a great place to stay, and we would happily return.

    This hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very close to dining spots. It’s in a great location—I’d definitely stay here again.

    The property's location is great for shopping and transport, making it easy to get around and explore. Housekeeping was satisfactory, contributing to a decent level of cleanliness. However, the bathroom and overall amenities felt lacking and could use improvement. Staff and facilities were average, and the value for money reflects the basic experience offered
