    To be honest I was surprised about how good of a location it was... a short walk to akihabara station also situated right near Starbucks for my morning coffees and right in the heart of all my favourite anime tcg and collector stores

    We had a great stay at REMM Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

    I have mixed feelings about my stay here. First, the room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos online. While I know space is at a premium in Japan, the pictures definitely made it look much more spacious than it actually was, making it a bit tight for luggage. ​The service was also a bit hit-or-miss. When we checked in, the staff member we dealt with was slightly rude and didn't feel very welcoming, which wasn't a great first impression. ​However, fortunately, the other staff members we encountered later in our stay were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, which saved the experience from being a total disappointment. ​It’s a decent place to sleep if you just need a base, but be prepared for a very compact space and inconsistent customer service.
