Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to our property, including all 7 bedrooms, the private backyard, and various balconies. Amenities such as the in-unit laundry, gas grill, and kitchenette are private for guest use. Management provides 3 parking passes for the driveway. There are 0 steps to enter our property. Beach, pool, and seasonal tram access (March–October) are available via wristbands obtained through the front desk.

On-site parking is provided for 4 vehicles in the private driveway. Walking and biking are popular ways to reach the beach and nearby shopping districts, and there are 0 steps required to access the home from the parking area.
