- Required minimum age to book is 25 years of age
- 1 person per 2 persons under the age of 25 are required to be on site
- Primary renter must be present during stay
A $500 security hold is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.
Legal photo ID and signed rental agreement required.
The extra guest fee covers neighborhood amenity access.

Tammy was so lovely to work with and accommodating when our days changed. House was very clean and perfect for our young kids and teenagers.

We had the most amazing time here! It was a girls trip and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect house and location. We were right across the street from the beautiful pool, and very close to the beach. The shuttle made it very easy to get a ride to the beach and we rode our bikes everywhere else! Tammy took the time to give us recommendations for places to eat and helped us with all of our questions we had. She was also very quick to respond. The house was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed! Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay at this property for Labor Day weekend! Great location, house is extremely well maintained, and porch areas are wonderful for making memories. Tammy was wonderful to work with as well.
