- Required minimum age to book is 25 years of age
- 1 person per 2 persons under the age of 25 are required to be on site
- Primary renter must be present during stay
- No smoking | No pets | No golf carts | No parties-we are family oriented
- A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
