Excellent location just steps away from the resort style lagoon pool and minutes from the private sugar white sand beach. This home is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed floor plan with spacious primary and guest king size bedrooms. Wonderful and fun large bunk room that provides quest with 2 queen and 2 double bunks. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with seating for 14. Jump in the outdoor hot tub for a relaxing evening as you watch the gorgeous sun sets. Minutes away from some of the best shopping and 4 star dining in Florida Gulf Coast! We created wonderful family memories that we will never forget and plan to come back again and again, Thank you!

While the house is nice, large, and a good location, we experienced disappointment with some things that negatively impacted our experience. After arriving we realized the bunk room bed sheets had not been cleaned. There were crumbs around the mattresses and food under the bed. The sheets in one of the guest bedrooms felt sandy with food stains on the end tables. The couch had food stains. The shower in the bunk bathroom didn’t work. The outdoor grill had issues so much so that the next day a grill repair company came by to look at it, turned off the gas, and told us it was corroded and not to use. The rest of the week the patio smelled like gas so we couldn’t sit out there, despite calling the manager. There was no body soap, extra toilet paper rolls, dish detergent, laundry detergent or paper towels, so buy all of that. With the price we paid, these things should not have happened. Very disappointing.

We had a great stay! The house exceeded our expectations and the neighborhood was safe, clean and easy to access the beach. We had 4 families and lots of little kids and the house was perfect for us all! We hope to book again!

We spent two weeks at the Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach. Our two grown children and their families joined us for one week. The house is well stocked and perfect for families. The location is ideal for easy, walkable access to the community pool, Seacrest beach and Rosemary and Alys Beach’s restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. We traveled with our dog so the house’s backyard access to the trail and the green pathway across the street (leading to the pool) was a bonus. The area is very pet friendly. Grant was very informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with. He always promptly responded to my texts. Check in and check out was a breeze.Great vacation ! I highly recommend the Crown Jewel !

In a nutshell, we would book this property over and over again! The property was so welcoming and comfortable...truly felt like home. It was very clean, and very spacious. The open floor concept is second to none. The kitchen...everyone knows that the kitchen is the gathering place and boy did we gather! It had everything, and that oversized island served us well. Thank you for offering practical, comfortable furniture. Football was more enjoyable to watch cuddled up in a blanket on that cozy sectional. We really loved there being multiple a/c units...can't say thank you enough for that bit of luxury! All the bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy. And that porch swing was perfect for my quiet times. Thank you for the bikes you made available, it made getting out and about seem like a new adventure every time. We really enjoyed our short walk to the pool. The pool was an adventure of its own. The size was perfect! And the fact they strategically place multiple restrooms around it was very convenient. The pool is where we spent most of our time. The pool is where we took long naps thanks to the therapeutic sound of the waterfalls. The pool is where we could go grab a bite of lunch and gather around our lounge chairs to devour it. The pool is where we would figure out our dinner plans. Speaking of, there wasn't one restaurant we didn't enjoy. And one restaurant we went to twice...Gallions...those baked crab claws and the grouper dish...WOW!!! But no matter where the evening took us, we always ended back up around the kitchen island... Grant & Rachel, thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience, from start to finish, over-the-top.

The house was great, the floor plan lent itself to entertaining and everyone was pleased with the accommodations.

My family had an unbelievable amazing time. We love the house it had enough room for we can all spread out and not be on top of each other. The amenities in the house were wonderful from arcade games to board games to ping pong. We love that it was a short walk to the pool. We were close enough to the pool, but not so close that the traffic at the pool could be heard or seen. This was our second time staying at the house. Grant does an excellent job with communicating and answering all your questions in a timely manner. My family and I cannot wait to book the house for third time next summer. We highly recommend staying at the house. It will exceed your expectations as it did our family.

This house is just lovely. There is a ton of space and it is decorated beautifully. There are plenty of beds for a large group. The linens and beds were so comfortable, too. The kitchen was a great space for entertaining and making meals and the living room area had seating for everyone. The owner is very gracious and was available for any questions we had. We highly recommend this house and we would love to stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. What was frustrating was our beach access since my grandchildren and their parents wanted to be closer to the water which not possible unless you got to the beach VERY EARLY. Our host was fantastic and I will soon be sending him a separate email sharing my thoughts.

We settled here, hailing from Texas and the Carolinas to enjoy some overdue cousin time. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed the home and property. We loved the comfortable bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We spent a ton of time in the open concept living room especially as the weather kept us indoors for most of our stay! Easy commute to the beach and pool. Couple tips: be sure to use the provided phone number to contact the Trolley Service as they break for lunch from 12-1:00 and can’t pick up at that time. Also bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

We plan our family vacations every year in this area. This home accommodated all of our families need, to having a bedroom on the main level, to the spacious kitchen and family room. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient to the pool, beach tram, shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive with our request. I highly recommend this home for your next family trip.

We had a great stay but some issues! Luckily, our concerns were pretty minor, really just inconveniences, one toilet giving us issues, luckily there were 4 others. They forgot to restock paper towels but were nice enough to stop by and bring when I asked. They left no extra toilet paper. The garbage bags were very cheap ones, hard to make do with. They have no cleaning products so difficult to clean up before checking out. One bed had sandy sheets so clearly not washed. They also left no shampoo, conditioner in any showers. Lastly, there are a few snacks in the pantry that are available to purchase. It seems like they skip a lot of necessities and things to make the stay truly more “stress free” and comfortable, in attempt to save money. Just be prepared and bring all these things with you! Kind of crazy considering the already very high price tag of the stay!

We were so pleased by our entire stay at the Crown Jewel, which really lives up to its billing as a luxury destination. The home is so fresh and updated, with a fantastic kitchen for home cooking and wonderful well lit bedrooms and we loved the soothing double head showers. Access to the Seacrest Beach was easy and quick and the massive Lagoon Pool was just steps from the front door. Grant is such a gracious host, with excellent communication on all the details and very quick response times if there's ever any questions. My family is already looking forward to rebooking here on our next trip to 30A - thanks Grant for making it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

We stayed at this property about a week ago and wished we had booked it for longer! It is a large house with a well thought out layout for me, my husband, two kids (ages 3 & 1), and mother-in-law. The best thing was how walkable everything was. It was a 12 minute walk to the Rosemary shopping center which made going to dinners super convenient without having to worry about parking. The shuttle for the beach picks you up right outside the house and I believe runs from 9am-5pm, and the pool is about a 3 or 4 minute walk. We did have a little hiccup upon arrival as the house cleaner had not come like they said they did (told Grant they arrived at 10:30am to clean) but beds were unmade upon arrival. Grant found an emergency cleaning crew within an hour, gave us one night’s refund, and a credit to cover our first night’s dinner expenses. The cleaning crew was excellent and Grant made sure to go above and beyond to make up for the original cleaning crew’s mistake. Would 100% stay here again!

We have rented homes all over the world, and this one is top notch! What a great home to host a family celebration. Clean, well equipped, plenty of space and privacy, and so much more. Hollie and beachgilrs were communicative and very helpful with setting up an unforgettable celebration. They hung balloons, prepared a charcuterie and booked a pontoon for us. Amazing attention to detail and customer care! We will definitely rent again!

30A beach girls rental company was an absolute pleasure to rent through. The house itself was stunning and in a perfect location. 30a girls were extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. I could not recommend them more. We went to one of their hosted bonfires as well- what a nice extra treat. The kids (and adults) had a blast!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The weather was gorgeous and the community pool (short walk)was the perfect place to lounge during the day when the beach was too hot. It was a short walk to shop, eat and play! We took advantage of the included bikes and rode to Seaside Beach one morning. Be prepared for a few miles ride! The bike paths are great and can easily be accessed from the house. We enjoyed dinner at Citizens and Amaiccis and music at 30a ave a few times during our stay. 30a beach girls was amazing and helped with everything!! Overall, we had a great stay and cannot wait to come back!

The nine of us are from the Nutmeg state (CT), 1 great grandparent, 2 grandparents, parents, 9 year old, 14 year old and 16 yr. old twin daughters that celebrated their birthdays a few days late to celebrate on 30A. This is our first trip to 30A. We had a great time staying at this immaculate house. It was an ideal spot to spend our vacation, especially with its proximity to beach/pool and other 30A attractions. Hollie connected us with electric bikes, Paddleboard lessons and a chef one evening. All texts were promptly returned and everything was as promised. The chef was a first for us and we had the most fantastic evening. This house was an excellent place to relax after a day of hitting the beach, shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed the patios with great views of the woods or the pink skies at sunset. Took early morning walks every morning. There was close access to grocery shopping, clothes shopping food and drinks. Shopped at Publix a few miles away, a nice store which has just about everything. Best of all was the great weather during our trip to 30A. Beautiful every day, a bit chilly at night but still warmer than home. Hope to revisit this nice place very soon. It was a pleasure working with 30A beach girls on our first trip. Extraordinary experience all around.

This house was perfect for a family vacation. It was a very short walk to the pool, just across the street. When you wanted to go to the beach, the tram would literally pick you up right outside of the house. If you want to walk to the beach, it's about a nine minute walk. You are within walking distance to all the good things in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest. That was wonderful. The set up of the house was great for parents with children. There was multiple master suites and lots of places for kids to sleep. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this home.

The house is just as described - great floor plan, very spacious, comfortable and immaculate. First time I didn't spend time cleaning. We've never felt so comfortable in a rental! Spacious, well stocked kitchen, wonderful deck and spacious clean rooms! The beds and couches were comfy. Parking was terrific. Neighborhood was quiet (no nonstop barking dogs like our last visit to Seacrest!🙄!) Hollie replied quickly to any questions. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and this home was perfect for the groomsmen to prepare in and great for a post-wedding brunch. We can't say enough positive things about our stay!! 5 Star Stay!! 30A Beach Girls went above and beyond to help us plan activities, we stayed in several of their homes for the wedding. Hollie, Lilly, Ty and Heidi are amazing to work with! You ned to stay here or any of their properties, you'll love it! I wish I could give them 10 stars, they took so much stress off of us.

Sorry for leaving this review so long after our trip! This house was by far the best house we have ever stayed in! It has everything. The management company makes sure it's spotless and organized. They will also help you plan everything from groceries, photos, dinner and fishing. 30a Beach Girls is truly remarkable and has this business figured out.
