Sunset Beach boardwalk closed Jan 2–mid-Feb 2026 (use Inlet Beach Public Access)
Pool heating available! ($50/night additional charge for pool heating)
Guests will be provided a 'starter' pack of amenities, but may need to purchase additional items for longer stays. We provide each bathroom with: 2 rolls of Toilet paper per bathroom, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap.
Guests may want to bring their own pool/beach towels, beach chairs, toys, wagons, etc. We do not offer them as we can't guarantee a quality experience from guest to guest on these items. (bath towels are provided for in home use)
Coffee; provided are both a Keurig (single pod) machine and a traditional coffee pot - guests to provide own K-cups or grinds

Our group of 12 stayed at Just Add Water for a week in June 2026. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The community pool is absolutely gorgeous and was just a short 3-4 minute walk from the house. The tram service to the beach was great. The tram stop is literally across the street, just steps away from the front door. The pool in backyard was nice for the kids to hang out in later in the evenings. There are several shops and restaurants within a short walk or bike ride. Mark, the host, was very responsive and answered my many questions very promptly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home and plenty of space for what we needed. Mark was super and responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. There were 11 of us and we had more than enough space. The community had a big pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is minutes from the beach and has bikes that we were able to ride which was a big plus. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the PCB area, this is it!

Huge house with great comfortable beds.Close to Alys beach and Rosemary beach.Pool in back yard was very convenient for a quick dip after beach day.
