Located in Seacrest Beach, right off of Scenic Highway 30A, you’ll be in the perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Get ready to settle in for a luxurious and comfortable stay on 30A!
Beauty and the Beach is an extraordinary vacation home with five bedrooms and six baths, accommodating up to 16. No detail is spared in this spacious, beautifully decorated home with a wealth of nooks and spaces for cozy conversation and private reflection. The pristine interior of white and sandy hues, lofty ceilings, and free-flowing spaces enhance the over 4,000 s.f. of interior space, just coaxing you in to come, relax, and stay for a while.
First-floor features include an open-concept living/dining area with comfortable and plentiful seating scattered throughout. Settle in on cozy furnishings in front of a gas fireplace and catch a game or movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Marble countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, and abundant cabinet space are just a few features that make the chef’s kitchen notable. The expansive breakfast bar provides seating for four while the dining table comfortably seats eight. Open, airy, bright, and cheerful, the area draws you in, providing a lovely gathering spot before everyone departs on their daily adventures. This floor also houses a guest room with a king bed and a gorgeous bathroom with a shower and dual sinks.
Two guest rooms with queen beds, large mounted flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms await on the second floor. Another bedroom features twin-over-twin bunk beds and full-over-full bunk beds, under-bed storage drawers, and mounted flat-screen TVs in each bunk!. The impressive master suite does not disappoint, with vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and natural finishes, inviting you in at day’s end. Indulge in the king-sized tufted bed, large mounted TV, and en suite bathroom complete with a large shower, modern soaking tub, and dual sinks. A wet bar, sitting area, mounted TV, and shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo are additional complements to this level.
The third floor is perfect for entertaining, with a private theater room for all to enjoy! An expansive balcony with a large sectional sofa and outdoor kitchen/dining area showcases incredible views, ideal for catching gorgeous Florida sunsets.
Conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and just a quarter of a mile to the beach, you’ll be in the perfect location for exploring the area by foot or on bikes. With exclusive access to Seacrest Beach amenities, including Seacrest beach access and use of the Seacrest pool, the largest on 30A at 12,000 sq. ft. , you’ll find plenty to do nearby.
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

This is a nice house that is very well designed. We had 3 adults and 5 kids in this house and there was ample space for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy their vacation. The beds are comfortable and linens were great. It is in a great location - quick walk to the beach and to rosemary beach shops and restaurants. The house was clean when we arrived and is in good shape. The only drawback I found is that there was hassle factor with the management company related to registering and and acquiring wristbands that created some frustration. When I expressed this to the manager, he went to great lengths to address the issue and make it right. As a result, I won't hesitate to rent from Senic Stays again.

We stayed the first week after new ownership and new management. The house is simply beautiful and very well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was clean. Our disappointment was in the fact that it changed ownership the week prior to our stay and the new owners switched management companies right away. It would’ve served us better to keep management for the transition as the new company was unfamiliar with the services in the house. The cable and WiFi were interrupted during the week and were not planned for, as well as use of bicycles which were removed on our second day and not replaced for a couple days. A big aspect to the home that makes it enjoyable is the movie room and and integrated sound system (Sonos) throughout the home. Without WiFi, however, the movie room became unusable. We tried to use the sound system in the home for a couple days with no luck and no help from the management company. They actually told me via email that I needed to reach out to the prior management company to figure out how it worked. We had to simply figure it out on our own. Phone calls to the management company were difficult due to poor phone reception on their end. We asked for and were granted a 5% credit for our inconveniences. That was appreciated but we didn’t come hoping for a refund, only a restful stay.
