Just Beachy is a custom designed, professionally decorated, and well equipped home to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. The home includes hairdryers, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, pool toys, 4 bikes, and many other items to make your beach vacation complete.
Just Beachy's gourmet kitchen is a culinary delight. You'll enjoy a free-standing granite kitchen bar with seating for 4 and a second sink. Equipped with the best cookware, Keurig coffee maker, high-end appliances including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, a built-in wine rack, granite counter tops, stone slate back splashes, and custom cabinetry, this large kitchen is spacious and visually pleasing.
Throughout the house you will find beautiful stone and fine hardwood floors, elegant furnishings, and comfortable beds with new designer linens. Each porch is furnished so you can rest and enjoy the coastal breeze with just the right amount of shade.
Just out the tall French doors off the living area is a large covered porch with outdoor seating, a private swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor dining table and gas grill. Additionally, there is a half bath and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
For the golfer, Camp Creek Golf Club is a 5-minute drive featuring a world-class Tom Fazio-designed course.

My husband and I, our 4 daughters and their husbands and children recently rented this property. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It’s in a great location with shopping directly across the street and neighborhood access to the beach. The host quickly responded to questions. Great family experience all around.

This was the PERFECT house for our extended family vacation! We rented 2 houses in the Waters Edge neighborhood and this worked out perfectly. Beautiful home and had plenty of space for all. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

We have stayed in several of the houses in this neighborhood and Just Beachy was wonderful! The property owner Carolyn, was so easy to work with. She got back with us very quickly on any questions we had. The house was just as pictured. Very clean, bedrooms were very large and each room had its own bath. We used the loft/bunk room for our granddaughter and it was the perfect place to stay, away from the noise of the rest of the family. We stayed in for most meals as we had a small child, the kitchen appliances are very good. The garbage drawer wants to slide open a lot, we just banded it so it so it would stay shut. The pool was so nice to have, every day after the beach we were in the pool! The heater on the pool works great, and it was very clean. During our stay, the pool crew came twice to clean it. Miss not having some lounge chairs around the pool, but that is being picky. We had 10 people staying in the house, one two year old, plenty of space and everyone could be at the dinner table together and in the family room together. Our family really enjoyed the house and the amenities. We will definitely stay here again. First house in the neighborhood so very easy to everything/shops, restaurants in Rosemary. Walk to beach is not bad at all. This neighborhood and the ease to the beach is the reason we keep coming back. Safe neighborhood and not a lot of traffic and it’s a gated small neighborhood. Perfect vacation!!!

We rented the property for a bachelorette weekend. Perfect amount of beds for heads. All the girls had a great time. But two kept smelling urine in their bed and looked under the sheets to find dried yellow pre pads that never got changed. We also found random half eaten candy in beds from a previous stay. The soap was filled with water and within a day and a half two of the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. The owner was not quick at responding unless I reached out several times for a response. The proximity to the beach was wonderful.
