About this house rental
Incredibly spacious 5/4.5 sleeping 16, with plenty of windows to welcome the idyllic environment surrounding this home to the inside. Unlike many vacation homes that can be cramped, this one provides multiple spaces for your group to spread out and enjoy their own personal space! Every room is oversized and there is a front and back porch or balcony off each of the three floors. The interior is soothing and brings an immediate feeling of home. Come in from a day in the sun and settle in for a rest, meal, movie or game night!
Entry on the front of the home has a convenient shower right on the front porch, to rinse sandy feet. Inside, the first floor is for gathering and entertaining. From the oversized kitchen with a floating island with seating for 4, to the dining area with seating for 6, you can snack or eat a meal. Or lounge in front of the 75" TV, or outside on the back deck overlooking the fire pit. Also on this floor is a half bath and a desk to set up your laptop and check email, while still be in the mix of everything going on.
Upstairs, on the second floor, there is a porch off the landing with seating to enjoy the morning sun. There are three large bedrooms, each has a King platform bed, an ensuite bath and a 60" TV. The Master has a private balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee and the Master bath features both a soaking tub, stand alone shower, water closet and double vanity.
As you head up the stairs to the third floor, notice the huge windows in the staircase that allow a view of the surrounding trees. On this floor, there is a great open living area with a wrap around sofa and a 75" TV for movie night! There is a front and back balcony, a bunk room with two built in custom Queen over Queen bunkbeds-- get this, each bed has it own 60" TV!! The last and 5th bedroom rounds out all the sleeping arrangements with a King bed. This floor has a shared hall bath that has a custom tub/shower combo and a double vanity.
So, if you are looking for a home that is within immediate area of 30A, Seacrest Beach, 30 Avenue and all this area has to offer, yet you want to be away from the direct congestion, this is the home for you! Dip in the private community pool, catch the tram to the beach and never have to leave the community! The beach tram picks up about 150 yards away or walk about 15 minutes to the beach.
Parking for 3 vehicles. No RVs allowed. NO Golf carts allowed. No parking on street or grass
This home has additional amenities when you reserve the home. You will receive an email with a credit towards your choice of beach gear, such as bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, corn hole and more! Reserve your stay now, as this beautiful home will be a wonderful place to make your vacation memories. Guests will not have access to the garage.

The place was super cute and perfect for our needs. Nice location and AC was a plus. I will say it felt a bit stingy that we only got 2 tide pods, 1 roll of paper towels, and no extra trash bags left for us so we had to make a separate trip out to buy more. The glassware was also sticky and not very clean. Overall was good besides those things.

We decided at the last minute to book a home for Memorial Day weekend and this home was available. Wow! We were so impressed with this home. The layout was perfect for our group of 14. We were a little hesitant to stay in this neighborhood because we always stay in Seacrest or Inlet closer to the beach. The location was quite and it is easy to access the main road. The only way thing that would have made it better would have been a large golf cart so we didn’t have to load our cars to go to the beach each time. Thank you for sharing you home!

12 of us stayed at this house for a weekend and when we showed up the trash cans out front were filled to the brim. The management company did not answer multiple calls and voicemails regarding this inconvenient issue.
The house was nice and brand new - no complaints there.
After checkout, the management company billed us for 16 missing beach wrist bands. We checked out of the almost spotless house and can confirm there was a stack of wristbands on the counter. The management would not acknowledge that any wristbands were left there and refused to refund us any of the fee. They will not let us dispute the accusation that 12 of us left the property with all 16 wristbands which makes no sense in itself. I do not recommend leasing any property under the responsibility of the management company, Best Beach Getaways.
Additionally, do not lease the beach carts from the management company's partner beach equipment rental place. The carts are not allowed on the beach and are a waste of money; the company falsely baits you into thinking these are a viable solution to bring equipment to the beach when they are not.
