The flat has some great amenities from Alesso kettle and toaster, Beko washer/dryer and 2 ridiculously massive TVs.

Beds had poor uncomfortable mattresses. One bed had a plank of wood supporting the mattress presumably where the financial has collapsed. The cutlery is as cheap as it comes and there are no proper cups, just Pyrex ones. The main problem was the leak when water poured through the ceiling light. We placed a bucket to catch it. We called the 24hr help number. It was unavailable. I eventually contacted them via Booking.Com and it took 2 messages to get a response. They said they were looking into the issue and that was it. No further messages, no apology, no explanation. I got the impression its a common issue with this property but the service was absolutely appalling.
