Location is excellent! So close to High Street! Staff was excellent to work with! They were extremely quick to respond to my inquiries.
Only one bathroom and it’s downstairs away from the bedrooms; also the very steep staircase.

Very nice & clean typical English house. Great location, 2mn from Canterbury's main street. The three rooms were comfortable, every room was furnished with taste. An outdoor table for meals outside was a real bonus. The team was ready to help (even though there was a distinct lag between talk & action). Our family has spent a very good time here.
The stairs are very steep (this is a terrace house...) so definitely not fitting for disabled guests; children should pay extra attention (especially since the only toilets are on ground level, so going there at night might be tricky). I must say mine (7 and 4) handled the stairs well, so not a strong drawback, just something to know.
