It is a beautiful ancient property, we loved it. Once a pilgrim hospital, then an almshouse, now a delightful accomodation. It was so remarkable that people visit just to see the building (not the private rooms, of course). It is halfway along the High Street, a great location. We loved the antiquity of the building and our apartment was excellent. There is also parking available around the corner which was truly ideal.
We loved it, there was nothing we didn't like, but we love history and the past religious aspect of the Hospital. The apartment included a well-equipped kitchen, there was nothing to dislike at all. I would say that if you prefer modern hotels this may not be ideal, it's wonderfully ancient, and it does have sloping floors and table & chairs which we found charming, others just might not? When we booked we expected it to be good, it over-delivered on what we hoped for.

The stay was delightful in every respect. It was a lovely, new, and clean apartment, fully equipped with every convenience. The location is perfect—right on the main street, with everything (including the train station) within walking distance. There is also a secure, free parking area available. Highly recommended!
