Aan het appartement niks, weet wel: je slaapt midden in de binnenstad met veel geluid 's nachts.

Goed gelegen in t centrum van de stad.
Het appartement had vele kleine gebroken, zoals de klink van de badkamer die niet werkt, douchekop die verkalkt is, kleine schade overal en kleine kamer. De gang is donker en vuil en in het appartement is er geen zicht naar de stad rondom. Er was ook veel straatlawaai. Het is in t echt een stuk minder dan on line.
