Lovely location in the historic centre of Canterbury. Friendly welcome from staff of the restaurant downstairs. Great that we could have our dogs with us
Unfortunately the street below is very noisy which made sleep difficult.
It was expensive, I was expecting something a little more polished for what we paid.

Fantastic property, the owner was so friendly & helpful, made to feel welcome, even got us an extra fan due to the very warm weather… it was a life saver of a nighttime trying to sleep! The property is very clean, cosy, location was great… lovely touches with the breakfast items provided. Thank you so much 😊
A little bit of noise on Saturday night from outside which you’d expect from a Saturday night & early in the morning due to deliveries… possibly in the future an extra layered of soundproofing glass attached to the existing windows to block the noise from outside… other than that nothing

Great location and the room had what we needed.
The room was above a restaurant on a busy street in the Canterbury city center. Since there was no air conditioning in the room, we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we had to put up with street noise until quite late at night.
