Easy to find and only a 3–4 minute walk from the car park. As soon as we stepped inside there was a real wow factor — the place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were lovely, and the setting next to the Stour River made it even more special. We also enjoyed the cosy courtyard seating area. The location was ideal too, with the city centre just a 5–7 minute walk away.
As the property is right by the river, flies were a bit of an issue when eating outside. Having citronella candles available would have been really helpful. Extra towels would also be appreciated. The courtyard furniture was quite noisy whenever we moved it, and we were very aware of the neighbours and the general quietness of the surroundings, so quieter or more stable seating would make the space even more enjoyable.

Hübsche ruhige Lage, die Stadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren trotzdem gut fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gute Ausstattung, uns fehlte nichts. Sogar USB-Anschlüsse bei allen Steckdosen in den Schlafzimmern! Der freundliche Wirt half uns bei einigen Dingen die nicht zu der gebuchten Leistung gehörten - sehr zuvorkommend.

Location was excellent. Perfect to walk into the City centre. Had everything you needed, very clean and adjacent to river was lovely. Great stay
Wasn’t able to find a car park in the street, but not a big deal as got one within 5 mins easy walk. Everything else perfect
