Eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista! Appartamento stupendo in una posizione ultra centrale, vicino all’Opera e a Cascade, comoda per tutto, accanto a un supermercato e a una farmacia e a pochissimi passi dai migliori ristoranti. Il vero valore aggiunto è la gentilezza del proprietario Arman, sempre premuroso e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e super accessoriato: la presenza dei condizionatori sui due piani e della lavatrice ha reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo e privo di stress. Consigliatissimo!

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Yerevan, this is it! The apartment is in the absolute best location—right in the very heart of the city, just a short walk from the Opera Theatre and all the main attractions, beautiful parks, excellent restaurants, and lively pedestrian streets. Despite being so central, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. One of the things we loved most was the private little courtyard. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and if you're traveling with children, they can play safely outside without you having to worry. There's even a supermarket right in the courtyard, making it incredibly convenient for everyday shopping. The apartment itself is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. It has two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is air-conditioned, making it a wonderful place to stay even during the hottest summer days. You truly have everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive. A special thank you goes to Arman and his family. They are among the kindest and most welcoming hosts we've ever met. They were always available, incredibly supportive, and ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone visiting the city!

Отдыхали в этом прекрасном доме большой семьей с двумя детьми (4 и 7 лет) и остались в полном восторге! Дом идеально рассчитан на семейное проживание: планировка очень удобная, есть две уютные отдельные комнаты и просторная гостиная, совмещенная с кухней. Внутри сделан отличный свежий ремонт. В доме есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного быта: современная плита, большой холодильник, микроволновка, электрочайник, стиральная машина, телевизор и стабильный кондиционер в каждой комнате (всего три кондиционера), а также быстрый вайфай. Расположение просто топовое — абсолютно всё находится в пешей доступности. Рядом супермаркеты, аптеки, главные достопримечательности, зеленые скверы для прогулок и лучшие рестораны Еревана. При этом у дома есть свой закрытый двор, где наши дети могли абсолютно безопасно играть и гулять на свежем воздухе. Отдельная благодарность хозяевам! Они живут по соседству со своими детьми разного возраста, поэтому прекрасно понимают нужды семейных гостей. Очень отзывчивые и гостеприимные люди. Помогли нам быстро и комфортно заселиться, всегда были на связи и делились отличными рекомендациями по городу. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова! Рекомендуем на все 100%!
