Je n'avais pas été prévenue du bruit du tramway. Il n'y avait pas de store occultant, ce qui a gêné mon sommeil. Quand je suis arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait, la poubelle était pleine, les draps sales. La propriétaire a été efficace, elle m'a présenté des excuses et elle a envoyé quelqu'un qui a fait le ménage et le lit.
