The property was clean, as pictured, and good location.

The ac unit was not working correctly so it got hot a few times during the day.

The location was central, less than 30 mins walk to the centre of Chicago, 10 minutes walk to Millennium Park and the Sears Tower, 15 minutes to the Art Museum, 20 minutes walk from the Field Museum. The subway and tram stops were a few yards away from the hotel. The hotel was clean, had a nice communal space, the kitchen in the apartment was good, and there was a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There were several stores, cafes, and restaurants in the area, as well as pharmacies. The location was safe and secure, instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy. Great value for money.

There were a couple of issues, no additional blankets, the tv didn’t work, and the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom rattled loudly to the extent that we couldn’t have in on at night which made sleeping some nights difficult in the heat. We did report these issues and did have conversations back and forth with the site but nothing was resolved during the stay which was disappointing. That said, I would stay here again as the location was so good and these were solvable maintenance issues rather than being fundamental flaws with the site.

The location for the festival is great. The bedrooms were big enough. Nice to have kitchen area. G

The customer service was lacking... I was told they could hold our bags since the festival started before check-in. They said there would be a lobby and someone to take our bags. We get there no one is there, and they're trying to get us to leave our bags out in the open without someone taking them right away. Would've been better to know they don't actually have front-desk staff, or any receptionist at all.
