Chippendale unit with parking, walk to USYD and station

The house is beautifully decorated, modern, and very clean. Access is via a password, which makes the stay feel secure and convenient. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking and even includes a dishwasher. Although the units are close to one another, the neighbourhood is quiet, making it a great place to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable—we found ourselves spending a lot of time there just relaxing. The location is excellent. There’s a bus stop right downstairs with direct access to Bondi. Redfern Station is about a 15-minute walk away, and Broadway Shopping Centre is only 10 minutes on foot, with plenty of supermarkets, grocery stores, and dining options nearby.

Some utensils are old like toaster and air fryer. Condiments are expired too. There are only 6 hangers in the wardrobe but owner had quickly delivered some the next day.
