The location, the room and facilities were amazing! Plenty of mirrors and great lighting to do makeup
It’s dated and the fold out bed couch was just bearable however great value for money

Greatest location really good price
The front desk could not keep our luggage after check out ,it would have been helpful as our flight was 6 hours later perhaps this could be addressed we would have been happy paid a fee to them if this service was offered

Great location, easy to get to trains
Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet didn't flush well, no doona cover provided for the sofa bed, no extra pillows provided for sofa bed, TV was old and couldn't show digital channels (big issue for Victorians trying to watch AFL in Sydney)
