Amazing location with olive oil and other necessities for cooking, close to everything cool and just perfect, if you are visiting Sydney alone and go to sleep after midnight!

Contact with the host was very pleasant. We received the instructions and the access code for the apartment well in advance, which made check-in go smoothly. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean. The bathroom, bedding, and kitchen were well-maintained. Of course, if you look very critically, you can always find something to complain about, but overall, the hygiene was good. The location is a major plus. You are at Central Station within about a five-minute walk, making it a practical base. As also mentioned in the advertisement, the apartment is located above a wine bar. As a result, you do indeed hear noise from downstairs inside. We actually found that this added to the atmosphere and generally experienced little disturbance from it. Only on Saturday mornings, a podcast was sometimes played at high volume around 5:00 AM, which could be disruptive. There is a kitchen available where you can cook your own meals. It is equipped with exactly enough cutlery, glasses, and plates for the number of guests.

Upon arrival, we encountered one cockroach. That can happen once in a while, of course, but during our stay we also found two dead cockroaches, which we cleaned up ourselves, and saw two small cockroaches in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that did not make a fresh impression. Also, not everything left by the previous guests had been cleaned up. The trash can was still completely full, causing an unpleasant smell upon entering; it appeared to contain meat scraps, among other things. Additionally, there were still food items in the fridge and freezer. Furthermore, in our opinion, the apartment is very small for four people. We stayed there as a couple and had just enough space. In the bedrooms, there is hardly any room to put down a suitcase or to fully unfold it. Therefore, we would not recommend this accommodation for a stay with four people.

Cafard, chambres très petites. Peu de rangement. La douche inonde la salle de bain. Un peu d'odeur d'humidité. Pas de sécheuse. Pas de café ou de thé. Aucune réponse de l'hôte lors des demandes de early check-in et late check-out.
