The location is very convenient and one of the main highlights of this property. It is just a short walk to Central Station Sydney, with a range of cafés, a bar, a Woolworths supermarket only about four minutes away, and a pharmacy nearby. Walking to Sydney Opera House took around 40 minutes, making it possible to enjoy key attractions on foot. Considering the size of the studio and its location, I found the pricing reasonable for what is offered. The studio itself is well equipped, which sets it apart from many similar properties. It includes a kitchen, which I did not use but is a useful option for guests who wish to cook. There were sufficient towels, and starter toilet paper was provided. One thing that could be improved is the inclusion of slippers, which felt necessary for comfort. Other facilities such as a microwave, fridge, iron, and washing machine were all in good working order and added to the convenience of the stay. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward. The key location was easy to find, and the lock was intuitive and easy to operate. The owner and staff were polite, professional, and very responsive to messages. They provided clear instructions and made the process stress-free.

There were several issues that affected the overall comfort and experience. Cleaning was below the expected standard: the pillowcase had a noticeable stain, the floor had both stains and long hairs, and the shower floor was mouldy and not properly cleaned. Soundproofing between units is extremely poor. Every time neighbours spoke, used the bathroom, or took a shower, it was clearly audible in my unit. At times, I genuinely thought they were in my unit, which significantly reduced privacy and overall comfort. The window shield cover also requires attention, as it does not block morning sunlight, which can make early mornings uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed a couple of cockroaches during my stay, indicating that pest control measures may need to be reviewed, especially during warmer months.

Suited what we needed, studio was exactly as advertised, nice location.
