Super emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du centre et arrêts de bus desservant de nombreuses destinations à quelques pas. Nombreux restaurants ouverts assez tard dans le quartier.

Studio très petit et dans son jus dans un immeuble vieillot. Cuisine quasi inexploitable, salle de bain minuscule.

Pro’s - Well located in Surry Hills (one of Sydney’s biggest LGBTQ neighbourhood with lots of bars & restaurants). It’s very central within Sydney — most places are accessible with a quick train or bus (ex: 30 mins bus to Bondi beach) - The flat is bigger than what pictures let appear — definitively sufficient & functional for a solo traveler (or couple) - Double bed is comfortable, shower is big compared to overall bathroom size - Practical amenities such as small fridge, a useful big golf umbrella, a hair dryer, provided shampoo & body soap, washer&dryer on the same floor, etc. - Straightforward check in, communication with David was good

Con’s - No AC (however the window opened & the fan above the bed does provide a constant wind, but hot summer days could be more difficult) - 3rd floor with no elevator - not a problem for me but I know for others it could be more challenging - No trash disposable room on the same floor

Fantastic location, compact studio for a solo traveler with all of the basic necessities, great communication and flexibility from the host.

Carpet and some furniture needs updating, building is quite old, windows do not sound proof, and basic things like solid hanger to put a towel would be nice (it just fell off for me). I had to clean the TV remote myself there was a lot of built up gunk on it. A/C would be nice to have.

Pas grand chose si ce n'est un emplacrement bien situé au centre ville, manifestement dans le quartier gay de Sydney

La moquette usée jusqu'à la corde dans l'appartement et les parties communes : asthmatiques s'abstenir !!
