Location is crazy exceptional, you sit at the very center of everything in Riga. You got gym, grocery store in Origo. Tram is just right around the corner, etc. Plus you literally live besides river and parks.
I noticed a chunk of food stain, probably cheese, was in the microwave when I checked in. Got a little bit of hot and humid in late June, an AC could make this place really perfect.

Vieta labai gera, savininkas labai mandagus žmogus, patogumai yra.
Labai mažai vietos, yra ir skalbimo mašina ir indaplovė, bet nėra skalbimo kapsulių, taip pat nesutvarkė normaliai kambario kai mes įvažiavome, plaukai kampuose, šiukšlių maišų nebuvo ir purvina virtuvė ir indai. Taip pat pastate vyksta remontas.

I liked that all the appliances and furniture in the place are new and well taken care of, the place was clean and the location is amazing
The building where the rooms are is still under construction so in the hallway there was a bit of smell of humidity, I am pretty sure this will get fixed as the place gets built, just a minor detail that will probably get fixed soon. I also would have loved if they would provide a fan since I went in high summer and the apartment was rather hot

Location was very good, 5 mins walk to Old town and near so many shops. Easy access to either bus stop and directly opposite a green park, nice for relaxation.
For an apartment, it met my expectatioons. In future, for stays of one week, they could guide on waste disposal or empty the dustbins every 3 days
