Clean, in the old town

It is right in the center of Old town and you have many restaurants and malls close by. You don't have to go far to enjoy the city. The space is large with big windows.

If you are there on the weekend beware that the restaurant below cranks up the volume of music and karaoke night. The volume was so high i could hear it from the bedroom and the bass of the music was so loud it was making the things hanging from the wall vibrate as well as the floor. In the apt it states that you have to be quite after 10pm, but that's a laugh because you're going to be listening to bar music till about 2-3am depending on the night, good luck getting any sleep. The security is also a joke as they give you like 3 different codes to get in but you can just bypass that by going to the side of the building and coming in through the back door of the bar where you can find people smoking. The second door can easily be bypassed by climbing over it. Finally, the third door to get in also requires a code but guests and especially the cleaning crew let it slam shut when coming in and out. So in summary, you'll go to bed late because of the music downstairs and you'll wake up early to the sound of a slamming door. I had to go outside and ask the cleaning crew to be quite as they had music blaring from their phone and were in conversation with one another. The main door to the apt doesn't close all the way and leaves a gap where all that noise filters through. Bring earplugs. The ad also states that it is sunny but maybe that's the third floor because on the second floor it's not the case. There is a bit if sun that shines on the window but never makes it into the apt. I also contacted the host about the noise level and they told me to ask the bar to lower the volume. On my second night i did just that and they said sure, after a certain hour.
