Emplacement idéal, à proximité de la gare et de la plage. Un petit marché et plusieurs boulangeries se trouvent également à quelques minutes à pied. La spacieuse terrasse orientée à l'est est ensoleillée le matin et ombragée l'après-midi. La présence de la climatisation et de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner.

Dans l'ensemble, nous étions satisfaits de tout, mais l'appartement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Il serait également utile d'équiper la cuisine d'un four à micro-ondes et d'une bonne machine à expresso (Il est à noter qu'il y a une cafetière à filtre, mais nous n'aimons pas ce genre de café).

Lovely and cosy apartment, fitted with everything you need. The location is very good just a short walk from the beach, shopping and restaurants and it comes with secure basement car parking. If you are looking for a nice place in Menton, we highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Only that the WiFi password is more than 20 digits. Small problem, easy to fix

Appartamento situato a max 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Mentone e pertanto facilmente raggiungibile. Ritiro chiavi easy presso agenzia Giotto dotata di Locker (tra l'altro personale super gentile conosciuto in fase di riconsegna Chiavi - possibilità di lasciare bagaglio presso di loro). Appartamento grande dotato di cucina, toilettes, bagno, soggiorno che è il punto forte e balcone ampio. Presenti condizionatori in stanza soggiorno e stanza da letto. Appartamento con mobilia non recente. Promosso. Proporrei magari su 4 gg di lasciare almeno un ricambio set di asciugamani viso/mani - doccia. Promosso.

Unica cosa che avrei aggiunto sarebbe stato una macchinetta del caffè / Espresso con cialde anche solo 4 per giorno.
