Comfortable stay with great location.

The location was fantastic. It was 20 sec from the beach and 5 min walk from the train station. There were shops, Carrefour City and cafes nearby and the apartment was clean and tasteful. I was given clear instructions for keys and met the lady as I left who was very friendly. I would happily stay here again and recommend it.

I had a relaxing and pleasant stay.

The apartment was in an ideal location; short walk from the beach and the town. There was a small supermarket nearby plus a patisserie and a florist. The door lock, safety catch and spyhole in the door were good for security.

Some soap in the bathroom would have been nice. More than one toilet roll would have been preferable as I was there for four nights. A diffuser or air freshener in the toilet area would also have been useful!

Very close to beach, shopping and supermarket nearby. Good size, comfortable beds and clean. Nice outlook from kitchen. Easy check in.

Exceptional

It was super easy to find from the train station, the staff were so easy to chat to and they were super helpful when we couldn’t get the door open. It also came with a beach umbrella which made our beach days so much better! Lovely stay

clean, neat and tidy one bedroom apartment with separate lounge

Right in the centre of Menton 150 meters to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Albeit it was a single bedroom floor plan gave plenty of privacy to people sleeping on pullout bed in lounge. Good kitchen plenty of utensils. Clean and tidy, big windows for plenty of light, with shutters for night time.

Nothing really springs to mind.

Superb

Location is fantastic, just few minutes away from the beach. As we traveled with our kids this was indeed perfect. Kitchen is very well equipped and also a grocery store is very nearby. City centre is a short walk away and Monaco is accesible via train station that is also located very near by. Very good value for money. We highly recommend.

Bed in living room is a bit less comfortable, but still ok.

Nice but no amenities

The location is fantastic. Less than 2 blocks from the beach and in the middle of a great commercial area.

It was so stripped down it felt unwelcoming. No coffee. No tea. No water. Not even paper towels.. only 2 bath towels. Not even a kitchen towel to dry dishes. No packet with wifi password or any suggestions or parking information. But it is a very nice clean apartment in a great location.

Loved visiting Menton and staying here!

Super clean, spacious and lots of good things to use in the kitchen. This was like living in Menton. the bird song from the park behind the block was delightful in the mornings. Cosy if you need the heaters on too. Great to be able to watch netflix and chill like at home of an evening. Thank you also to the host for helping me retrieve some items I left behind by mistake! would happily book again!

Beautiful Menton

Very spacious, great kitchen, loved having two big tables to work at. Kitchen had most items. Bright and airy.

No curtains on windows so very bright streetlight shone in my eyes in the bedroom. Bed not too great, linen was low quality. Biggest problem was bathtub is super slippery and no grab bars or rails so we had great difficulty getting in and out. Eventually stopped showering as it was too dangerous for us. Lock on front door very difficult to use.

It was very pleasant! Makes me want to return there again

The location of the apartment is perfect- the area is beautiful! And everything is near - beach, train station, tourist office, shops, even bakery to buy fresh croissants. There are stairs in the building and there is a small and charming elevator in the building to come to the upper floor. The apartment is nice, bright, clean, well organized and in good condition with basic things like kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, fridge towels etc. included. I appreciate that pets are allowed because my small dog was traveling with me. The host is very friendly and communicates well.

Scarsa pulizia (almeno le lenzuola erano pulite). Mancanza di stracci e scopa per pulire. Difficoltà ad accedere alla struttura. Mancata accoglienza. Mancanza di armadio e appendi abiti. Mancanza di cuscini per dormire nel divano letto.

Appartement avec du potentiel qui mériterait plus d'investissement mais correct pour une nuit

Spacieux et en ville. Hôte très réactive et nous a facilité l'entrée dans la matinée. Arrivée autonome très appréciée.

Literie catastrophique (il faut absolument remplacer l'alaise de très mauvaise qualité), non climatisé, mauvaise isolation phonique tant au niveau des menuiseries que l'immeuble lui-même.

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato la struttura piena di formiche e con un verme sopra il frigo, il pavimento era sporco probabilmente questo aveva attirato le formiche. Abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria che ha detto che il marito sarebbe venuto con dei prodotti specifici. Io essendo incinta non potevo stare a contatto con i prodotti quindi ho chiesto se per piacere potesse rimborsarmi e mi sarei cercata un altra sistemazione. La signora si è rifiutata. Ho chiamato più volte Booking che è riuscito a farmi ottenere solo un rimborso del 30% del prezzo, perché la signora incurante che le avessi detto che non potevo stare a contatto con le sostanze voleva tornassi lì dopo la disinfestazione. Cosa che ovviamente non ho fatto e ho dovuto pagare un altro hotel. Pessima esperienza, proprietari maleducati che non si sono neanche scusati dell’accaduto.

Kein Wifi-Code. Der Code auf dem Router wurde geändert. Also zuerst mühsam anschreiben. Immerhin wurde prompt reagiert Zu viel billiger Plastik. Plastik unter dem Spannleintuch, knirscht nachts und ist sehr unangenehm, Tische mit billigem Plastik überzogen Einrichtung ziemich spartanisch

L'ambiente, nulla da recriminare.

L'atteggiamento dell'host. Purtroppo ci ha sollecitato PIÙ VOLTE di andare via non dopo le 10 del mattino, ho nel mio cellulare continui avvisi, anche tramite messaggi di testo,finanche contattati al mattino presto. Poi ci ha avvisato di pulire prima di andare via. Pulire... cosa?! Insomma, a Menton non è una novità : pensano sempre in funzione del prossimo check-in e dei prossimi quattrini da guadagnare. Hanno l'oro in mano, ma devo dire che il 90% degli host, compreso negli hotel, sono incompetenti ed immaturi, hanno dimenticato cosa sia il rispetto umano. Sono schiavi del denaro, completamente ipnotizzati.
