Renovated apartment early 2017, city center, air-conditioned, sunny and quiet (5 th floor with elevator).

Area of ​​48 m2 including a large living room with fitted kitchen. A bedroom, bathroom and toilet.

At 200 m from the sea, balcony with side sea view, close to shops, casino and Bioves gardens.
Easy access by train (5 min walk from the train station), ideal for visiting the area (20 km Nice, Monaco and Ventimiglia at 7 Km)

A simple one bedroom apartment very close to train station with wonderful view of sea from small balcony - perfect for morning coffee. Kitchen is small, but workable for small meals - would have been nicer to have the broken dishwasher working.

The apartment is centrally located and has very good access to all a visitor might need. My other key requirements, a comfortable bed, a good shower, wifi were all well met. It is light, airy and

Jean Christophe's apartment is very well located - near the local beach, shops, station and a pleasant walk to the beautiful old town / Sablettes Beach. The apartment is very bright, spacious and clean with a balcony with a sea view. It is on the 5th floor but there is a lift which is great for taking up luggage and shopping. The only thing to note is that the description of the kitchen says it has an oven but there is only a microwave (perhaps lost in translation!). It wasn't that hot when we were there but the air con and fan would be great in warm weather. The apartment block is very quiet and well maintained. We would not hesitate to re-book if we return to Menton.

The apartment is very sunny and bright, well furnished and with a great location in beautiful Menton within few minutes walking from the train station, bus station, the beach (you can actually see the sea from one of the balconies - in the living room and the bedroom) and the supermarket is right around the corner. Both rooms have air conditioning and there is an elevator in building. The owner is very nice, on time and always responded within minutes. Thank you!
