Amazing apartment in Menton

This apartment is in an amazing location just metres from the beach and really well equipped with all you need. The bed is really comfortable, the apartment is extremely spacious and the shower is hot and strong. There's a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer so great if you're travelling for a longer time. The local food market means you can cook yourselves because the kitchen is really well equipped. Either that or eat out at the many restaurants just metres from your door, or in the Old Town a short walk as well. The beautiful little terrace is the icing of the cake. You can have your morning coffee looking at the beach as the morning sun hits the balcony. Oh and free parking!

The apartment was in a great location. It was well updated and had all the essentials you need to imagine your a local living in Menton. The parking was much needed in this part of town. Great Savanah cafe across the street. Great host

Very good stay in Menton

We stayed 8 nights. Great Location with parking space in public parking around the corner. The appartement is clean and renovated and well equiped. The only minor is that there is almost no space to store your stuff or the travel bags, the wardrobe was filled with extra pillows and blankets. We were with 2 persons only. We had a great time and can recommend the appartement and probably will come back.

The above neighbours were noisy on some days. The wash dryer makes a lot of noise, in the open space this is not pleasant. The info on garbage disoposal is visible in the checkout page of the app, the gate in the cellar was closed, so we could not use it. The app info is confusing (a picture of the main door with the code of the key box…) and wrong info about how to reach the car parking (right in stead of left…). There is a remote control box on the key ring, unclear what this is for….

A beautiful apartment near beach in Menton

Very nice, modern beautifully equipped apartment with 2 balconies, one looking on the sea side and the other one on the garden. Kitchen was fully equipedd with everything that we wanted. The car parking is a few streets away and it is free of charge. The apartment is very close to beach, shops, restaurants. We very recommend it.

Would definitely return!

The apartment is clean, modern and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Has washer/ dryer and an excellent kitchen, but you will need to bring your own supplies, condiments. Our stay was short so we didn’t need to use all those facilities. The location is great, on a quiet street, beach is a short walk away and the train station is only 6 mins walk. That’s a huge plus. Restaurants and shops are close by.

Check in 1700 hours is late, especially with a check out time of 1100 hours.

I loved this apartment and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The convenient location: close to the train station, the beach and an easy walk to the market and old town. The apartment was impeccably clean. I loved the two balconies.

Minor things: the kitchen could have a baking dish or two. I wanted to roast a chicken but couldn’t. And a tart dish for a quiche would be good too. The dryer was very loud. Perhaps it needs servicing?

Good instructions via the pass app for checking into apartment

Earlier check in than 17 h. That is a bit late... Also the instructions for the garage were unclear. That you had to unlock a seperate garage door was not mentioned. Finding your way in / out of garage a bit difficult. Scary as well as you easily get lost as you have no reception / internet inside.

Spacious, recently renovated, clean, quite well equipped apartment with cute balcony and close to the beach and train station. - practical for day trips to Monaco/Villefranche/Nice.

Nothing, really, except the sofa bed was not too comfortable for more than a night or two.

L’emplacement, le parking, la vue mer depuis le balcon

Les nuisances sonores importantes du voisin du dessus le matin et le soir. (Enfants qui courent, déplacements de meubles, pas avec des talons, portes qui claquent ) Impossible de faire une grasse matinée 😬 À 7h30 tout le monde debout! Pas de gêne la nuit. L’appartement est très bien équipé mais il manque des essentiels à savoir : une cloche pour micro-ondes, un éplucheur à légumes, une essoreuse à salade, des vrais couteaux qui coupent et une cafetière filtre.

De incheckprocedure was onduidelijk. Bovendien was ons vooraf niet duidelijk dat de parking niet direct bij het appartement was.

Appartement idéalement situé à quelques minutes du bord de mer et du centre. Tout est pensé pour le confort des hôtes de la décoration aux équipements. La place de stationnement est particulièrement appréciable.

Appartamento rinnovato di recente, adatto alle esigenze di una famiglia. Ottima posizione, vicinissimo al mare. Ascensore ok, aria condizionata ok, internet molto veloce. Buona la quantità di asciugamani a disposizione. Ottimo il garage vicino all’immobile Apprezzabile la presenza di lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutto ben tenuto e molto pulito. Tanti piccoli dettagli simpatici, come la presenza di stuoie e ombrellone per andare in spiaggia. Procedura di check-in e check-out abbastanza semplice e veloce. Buona la comunicazione con i gestori.

Alcuni particolari sono un po’ sotto tono: l’asciugatrice è molto rumorosa, e la luce sopra il lavello in cucina non è molto pratica (fa poca luce e si stacca spesso dal supporto magnetico). L’acqua calda è prodotta con uno scaldabagno elettrico e a volte rischia di non essere sufficiente per quattro persone. Le istruzioni per l’accesso al garage e per la gestione dei rifiuti andrebbero attualizzate. Potrebbero esserci un po’ di piatti e posate in più rispetto a quelle presenti. Comunque sono solo dettagli.

Ottimo a due passi dal mare

Appartamento nuovo centrale a pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera e a pochi minuti dal centro pedonale Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo dietro lo stabile, letti super comodi, aria condizionata presente sia in camera che in soggiorno. Presenza di lavatrice (e detersivo) ed asciugatrice, macchina caffè con capsule, bollitore elettrico, microonde, soda stream, e lavastoviglie (con pastiglie) oltre a frigo e freezer. In doccia troverete doccia schiuma e shampoo piccoli da Hôtel quindi portate i vostri, è presente un asciugacapelli e in dotazione asciugamani (2 a testa). Per la spiaggia ci sono ombrelloni e stuoie. È presente il Wi-Fi e l’account di prime video. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata lasciata una deliziosa bottiglia di rosè francese molto apprezzata.

świetna lokalizacja, mimo, że przy samej ulicy to w nocy cichutko przy zamkniętych oknach, dwa balkony, jeden mały od strony ogrodu, ciepły nasłoneczniony, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, wskazówka - sztućce są w szufladzie pod płytą bo trudno je odnlezc, z parkingu nie korzystałam ale to duży atut tego apartamentu dla korzystających z auta.

Appartement moderne et raffiné, idéalement situé et équipé pour un séjour exceptionnel.

Logement refait à neuf avec des équipements modernes et de qualité, idéalement situé près du front de mer. L'excellente isolation et la place de parking sont des atouts précieux. Le petit balcon ajoute un charme supplémentaire, créant une expérience inoubliable et donnant envie d'y revenir !

Le sèche-linge est extrêmement bruyant, rendant son utilisation inconfortable lorsque l'on reste dans l'appartement. Il n'est pas facile de trouver l'entrée et le parking si l'on ne connaît pas bien le quartier, mais avec un peu de bon sens, on finit par y arriver.
