The 36 m² apartment, with a 7 m² terrace, has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable and exceptionally bright, it's a true pleasure to stay in.

Like being on a boat, the sea is ever-present from every corner of the apartment!

This superb apartment is designed like a hotel suite, with a bedroom that can be either an intimate alcove or open for more space with views of the Mediterranean, a separate but semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a dining area, a comfortable living room, an entrance hall with a closet and wardrobe, and a beautiful modern bathroom with a large shower. The toilet is small, but separate!

This apartment will charm you with its functionality. Its 7 m² terrace seems to float on the water; you'll never tire of overlooking the beach and its sublime view of Menton. It offers a 180° panoramic view, unobstructed from Italy to Cap Martin, and breathtaking sunrises over the sea!

Next to the Casino Barrière, Les Halles market (every morning), Jean Cocteau Museum, port, old town, pedestrian street, and historic center, all within a few minutes' walk.
THE LEMON FESTIVAL: citrus exhibitions and parades are just steps away. No need to buy tickets for the stands; you'll be much more comfortable on the balcony! The last three Sundays and Thursdays of February.

All shops are at the foot of the building. I'd be happy to recommend some great places!
The multi-Michelin-starred Mirazur restaurant and its chef, voted the best chef in the world, are located in Menton.

No establishments causing a nuisance nearby.

On some weekends, this section of the Promenade du Soleil is pedestrian-only.

Menton train station is a 5-minute walk away – it couldn't be easier.

Bus stops are right next door, allowing you to reach Monaco or Italy in 15 minutes.

You will be staying in a brand-new apartment, tastefully and modernly decorated, very comfortable with high-quality amenities.
Its location is ideal, and its breathtaking view will leave you dreaming!

Street parking is scarce in the area year-round and is charged by the hour... and the police are active.

A private parking space is available in the underground garage of a new building just steps away. This is extremely rare in the heart of the city because the access is wide and has high clearance for all types of vehicles, even those with roof boxes.

It's much closer to the apartment than public parking lots, saving you stress and the risk of numerous parking tickets. If you are interested, I have a special rate of €15/day for short stays, reduced to €12/day for stays of 4 days or more.

If you prefer to travel light, I can provide all linens for €50 for two people.

To avoid extra charges, you are welcome to bring your own linens.

Final cleaning is also available for €40 if you would like to avoid this expense upon departure.

These rates may be reduced if you are traveling alone or for a short stay.

I am happy to provide a 100x190cm extra bed for your child and a folding bed for your baby. Please let me know if you need one.

A small, well-behaved dog is welcome; please inquire before booking.
