It has several bay windows and its double south and west exposure will offer you sunshine from morning to evening. You will fully enjoy it thanks to a terrace that extends over the entire length and width of the accommodation.The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a fitted and equipped kitchen. For those travelling by car, you will have a secure garage in the basement of the residence (direct access with elevator).The Admiral Plaza is one of the most beautiful residences in Menton: a high-end building with a concierge, located on the seafront, just steps from the Casino.You will therefore be in the immediate vicinity of the beaches, shops and restaurants.
