The property was near by beaches and transport easy access to everything they gave us clean

First thing they demand for 100£ deposit and then they will show you some random reason to deduct your money for me they said I used one extra linen sheet for store room they don’t mention any rules of house before then question me did you take permission they didnt even provide mob for cleaning water no extra mates no extra sheets if it’s cold .they just throw the duvet on floor to use which doesn’t even have covers they expect us to clean everything neat and just deduct money for using one extra sheet even after saying you didn’t mention us not to use from store room and it was cold so I needed to use it to cover my self from cold the host didn’t agree to give money back instead stop replying host didn’t provide proper utensils for cooking just pan and small two tea pots don’t trust them with money and pay deposit it doesn’t make sense for reason they told me please be aware of these before booking and don’t loose money they should only deduct money if there is any damage or left untidy how can someone sleep without sheets when it’s cold we book house to be warm and safe to cook and make feel cozy if they cannot provide sheets or proper duvets and organised beds who can someone sleep and rest then .spending money for this house is waste never ever experience suggest host and these rules if I can sleep in cold why would I spend huge money for small house which is not even a one bed flat one bedroom and no door I didn’t even consider all these but after host showed their reason to deduct money I need not adjust and put open review on them please don’t book or pay extra for them you will never get them back even after you keep everything clean and make no problem

Really lovely property, clean, very well equipped, spacious, good shower and Sea view. Lovely little courtyard garden area too.

Google maps does not send you to the right address. Clearer instructions on booking.com on how to find the property would have been really helpful. (Lane directly at the back off the Lugger inn- beachcombers green garden gate first right) being behind the pub can be noisy on Golowan weekend. But what an amazing festival the best I have ever been to.
